Sorrow is one of the deepest human feelings. It actually makes you feel very much alive and very vulnerable at the same time. In times of sorrow many people try to avoid this, but we say it’s highly important to allow yourself to feel the depths of this feeling. It is a very cleansing feeling if you allow it to run through your body. Let the tears rinse all the old and make room for the new. In times of sorrow allow all the sadness to take you inwards. Let it take you inwards so that you can explore yourself. When you cry and when you feel sorrow you are actually very intimate with yourself and you are forced to stay present and feel what is going on inside you. Most people are afraid of sorrow and they try not to feel this and pushes it away by doing other things. But we say; sit down, go inward, feel the grief and let it out. Feel how the tears are like an inner bath cleansing you from top to toe - rinsing all this dense energy from your system. When you have allowed the sorrow for a period of time and allowed yourself to cry and grief, then you will feel a deep clarity, an inner peace and some will also feel more strength. But we say again that it’s important to allow the sorrow and not avoid it. Never avoid the sorrow and the grief you may feel. Avoiding feelings is never good. When you are in a human body you will experience different feelings and they all have a voice. You should not avoid any of them as they are all here to tell and teach you something.
